Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and flexible — if the apartment is ready earlier, you go in earlier. Check-out is by 10:00. Because of the road down, please tell us roughly when you expect to arrive, the day before.
Booking conditions
Payment
A 30 % deposit confirms the booking. The balance is paid on arrival. Tourist tax is included in the rate. Children under 2 stay free.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and the deposit is refunded in full. Later than that the deposit is retained, unless we manage to fill the dates.
The boat and mooring
The dinghy with its outboard is included and used at your own responsibility. Croatian regulations require the appropriate licence to operate it. Fuel is not included.
The house and its surroundings
The house runs on solar power — there is plenty for ordinary use, but please no heaters or portable air conditioners. Water is precious here. Rubbish goes back up to Gdinj; we hand you the bags on arrival.
